Completion of the following form authorizes Travelers Holdings. to establish your entity according to the instructions provided. Upon receipt, this constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between you and Travelers Holdings. for services to be rendered. Please complete the applicable SECTIONS for the services desired.

SECTION I: IBC Incorporation

Bahamas Total Fee: $2,000.00
Belize Total Fee: $2,000.00
Nevis Total Fee: $2,500.00

The following services are included with an IBC Formation:

  • Incorporation Fees

  • Annual Resident Agent Services

  • Annual  Business License Filing

  • Name Reservation with the Registrar General

  • Preparation of Registered Shares (50,000 shares at $1 par value;)**

  • Articles of Incorporation and Memorandums

  • Corporate Certificate and Seal, and shipping & handling

SECTION II: Secured Corporate VISA/MasterCard-Total Fee $250.00

Minimum Deposit of $1,500 which will entitle the account to $1,000 with a limit of 100% of the 150% deposit.

Corporate Credit Card Requirements

  • Copy of first four pages of valid passport for each cardholders. The alternative is a valid drivers license along with sworn notarized affidavit that cardholder was never in possession of a passport.

  • A Satisfactory bank reference for the principal cardholder, which may be addressed "To whom it may concern".

  • Copy of a recent utility bill of the principal cardholder to evidence address.

  • Completed Credit Card application (provided upon request).


SECTION III: Offshore Bank Account-Total Fee: $1000

Minimum deposit varies from $1,000 to $50,000 based upon the institution.. One typically operates a Corporate Account through wire transfers. Routing instructions and a sample format will be provided upon establishment of the Corporate Account.

Corporate Bank Account Requirements

  • A notarized copy of each signatory's current passport or Drivers License with birth certificate.

  • Complete Bank application Form (to be provided)

  • An original letter of reference (must be no more than 3 months old and should be addressed to "The name of the banking institution", from a bank where the signatory has been banking for more than two years.

  • An original or notarized utility bill, to evidence current address.

  • One character reference.
